We do not sell tile from our website. To inquire about a project or to place an order start by filling out this short form. We’ll contact you by email within one business day to answer your questions, quote pricing and provide lead times. If you’d like to talk in person, we’re happy to do so!

Inquiring or placing orders

  • Tile pricing starts at $40 per square foot depending on shape and glaze.

  • A custom shape is $300 per shape and adds two weeks to the standard lead time.

  • A custom glaze is $1,000 per glaze and adds four weeks to the standard lead time.

Prices

100% payment is required to begin production on your order.
Lead time begins after order is paid in full.

Lead time

All of our tile is made to order. Lead times do not include shipping time and begin once the order is paid in full. Our lead times can vary from product to product and may be extended at certain times of year.

OUR GENERAL GUIDELINES ARE:

Standard: 8-10 weeks to ship.
Custom shape: 10-12 weeks to ship.
Custom glaze: 12-14 weeks to ship.
Exceptionally large quantities: quoted on an individual basis.

We recommend 15% overage for any mishaps that might occur during installation.

Ordering extra tile

Samples are $1 each plus shipping and can be found here.
No samples are available for our Seconds collection.
Custom glazes are available for $1,000 per glaze and add about four weeks to the standard lead time.

Our shapes can be found here.
Custom shapes are available for $300 and add two weeks to the standard lead time.

COLOR:

Glaze variation, categorized V1-V5, is indicated on each glaze:
V1 - Low
V2 - Slight
V3 - Moderate
V4 - Heavy
V5 - Extreme

Due to the organic and handmade nature of our tile, variation and imperfections can be expected in color, size and texture.

Variations and imperfections

SIZE:

Tiles are listed by actual, not nominal sizes. Size variation is listed below:
Thickness: 3/8” plus or minus 1/32”
Width and length: Tiles >4”, plus or minus 1/8”. Tile <4”, plus or minus 1/16”.

TEXTURE:

Tiles may contain organic characteristics including spots, pits, and imperfections from handling.

We can create custom glaze colors and shapes. We do not customize tile thickness. A custom shape is $300 per shape and adds two weeks to the standard lead time. A custom glaze is $1,000 per glaze and adds four weeks to the standard lead time.
