Sustainability isn’t a part of our process, it’s everything we do.
Our company and our sustainable tile were created as a solution to a local environmental problem to remove nuisance mud from our local reservoir, and capture methane escaping from abandoned coal mines. In every tile is a story about this land and our effort to protect it.

Due to the organic and handmade nature of our tile, every single tile is one of a kind and unlike any other—like an original work of art. The variation in glaze color, shape, size and texture is intentional and lends depth, character and uniqueness to each and every tile. We believe this is the hallmark of a product that is made by hand.

Our shapes are handmade from fine, silky clay and fired to create beautiful and durable terracotta tile. Although we have a great array of shapes and sizes, we’re happy to custom design almost any shape you can imagine.

Fishscale, Sage glaze
We chose Sage as the color and we love them! There's a slight variation in the glaze color with highlights of purple on the green that make them unique and beautiful! The tiles look really nice with our concrete countertops and stainless steel appliances. Thanks!

The wall of Particular Tile is my favorite place in the house. Our installer has worked in the house several days installing tile and the days he worked with your tile he was whistling all day. I find myself working on something else in the house and just taking a break and walking into the bathroom to look at the tile and smile big. It's gorgeous!!
